Are there any changes to the business due to COVID-19?

It's business as usual at Dineamic - we're cooking fresh meals and delivering orders as normal. We're keeping a close eye on government advice around the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and following relevant health orders.

Dineamic’s focus remains on the health and safety of you—our customer—and our team. Our safety and hygiene standards remain high, we’ve taken additional measures to avoid transmission and will continue them for the foreseeable future.

Due to the changing nature of stay at home orders across Australia, we'll occasionally relax some of these rules in line with state advice.


The essential workers in our kitchen team have been provided with PPE and follow stringent quality procedures and sanitary standards. We also allow time to deep clean our kitchen between shifts. Our head office and operations teams work from home where possible and all team members maintain a 1.5-metre distance at all times.  


Our delivery vans and delivery partners will maintain contactless delivery across Australia. Orders will be left on your doorstep followed by an SMS to notify of successful delivery.


We operate under an independently audited and internationally recognised food safety program called HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point).  All members of our kitchen team work to these quality food safety standards.  

We’re also in constant communication with our suppliers regarding their protocols—and we'd like to thank them for their efforts to keep fresh food coming in for you!
