Yes we do, but we'll need a little help and information from you to ensure it’s seamless.
Please ensure you leave thorough instructions in your order notes as to what's required from us - e.g buzzer codes, access, etc.
Generally speaking, our drivers will let you know they've arrived so you can retrieve your order from the front door of the building. We care greatly about the health & safety of our delivery partners, so please note we are unable to enter the building to take your order directly to your apartment door.
If you've selected an overnight timeframe (e.g midnight to 7am), our drivers will not buzz your apartment. This is to avoid the unpleasantness of an early morning wake up! In this case, you'll receive a text and the driver will leave in a safe location if available.
If these options don't work for you, we can always deliver to another address. If you're arranging to leave it with someone, please let us know who and where we're leaving the order so we can avoid any issues.
Please note that during lockdowns or times of stay-at-home orders, our drivers are not permitted to enter buildings.
