What do I do if I'm missing items in my order?

If your order arrives missing any items, make sure you compare your order confirmation with what you've received, as well as checking the carton thoroughly to ensure it's empty of all contents.

We also recommend checking that there aren't any other boxes - sometimes, depending on how much you've ordered, you'll find your box has been marked "1 of 2", so it's worth checking if this is the case.

Secondly, we may have not been able to provide an item on your order due to a shortage - we cook our meals fresh, so from time to time we'll experience shortages based on unavailability of raw produce, or other factors. If this happens, we'll endeavour to email you before you receive your order, and you'll receive a full refund for any missing items.
