What happens when my plan needs to be renewed?

If you're an existing customer with us, we'll send you an email notifying you that your plan is coming to an end in 21 days.

At this stage, you'll need to go through the process of getting a quote and approval from your plan manager and the NDIS. Once this is done, we'll be able to continue ordering meals with Dineamic.
